I’m excited to offer a 40-Day Gratefulness Experiment during Lent!
The Gratefulness Experiment is a small group experience where you engage your gratitude muscles as you practice solo and group spiritual disciplines, which helps us access the realities of God’s goodness in everyday life.

The 40-day Gratefulness Experiment goes from March 5 (Ash Wednesday) to April 17 (Maundy Thursday), 2025, and includes:
★ daily Gratefulness Challenges – sent to you each morning by email;
★ four (4) Wednesday evening Zoom meetings (March 5, 19, April 2 & 16), 7-8:30 p.m. EST; and
★ an ongoing WhatsApp group discussion to share what we discover.
I’ve been leading Gratefulness Experiments for over two years now and I’ve come to believe that a gratitude practice is a radical displine that opens our eyes to God’s goodness in our lives (in every circumstance), motivates us to participate in God’s activity in the world, and is best done in community.
With each new Experiment, I’m inspired by the insights of the participants as they practice gratitude – I learn something new each time! This one will happen during Lent, and will prime us to receive, in a fresh way, the gift of God’s love, death, and resurrection, leading up to Easter.
Join the small group that is forming as we speak and find out what changes when we give thanks! Register here: https://forms.gle/xskt2nPXjL3Efbgy9 .
*Please note – While a gratitude practice has its merits outside of the Christian faith, the focus of this Experiment is on growing in faith, uncovering a Biblical perspective, and developing a spiritual discipline of giving thanks. This is not affiliated with any church or organization. This is a ministry project of Loreli Cockram, ineverything.com.
